Shipping
  • Ships USPS first class, ground advantage, priority mail or UPS.
  • This usually arrives in 1-3 days from shipment time. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Holidays and Covid-19 delays can change this. 
  • IF you need package sooner just email kelli@kelinhouseboutique.com and you can request expedited shipping. This cost will be charged to the customer.
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned to our Brick City Fayetteville Location. They must be shipped back. 
Returns

Kelin House does not issue refunds, but will gladly exchange items if needed. Unfortunately, all merchandise purchased from Kelin House Boutique is not eligible for returns. However, if you are unhappy with any product, we would gladly give you store credit to exchange it for merchandise of your choice.  

If you need to exchange your item or receive store credit please email: kelli@kelinhouseboutique.com about the terms of your return.  

Once your return is received, please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Once it has been processed your store credit will be emailed to you and must be used within 60 days.

Returns must be post marked no later than 14 days after the original order was delivered to the customer. If this timeline is exceeded, then your merchandise is not eligible for a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent through USPS. Packing slip must be included with the return- it is sent with your original order.

Items purchased with a discount code are final sale.

Merchandise must be in perfect condition to be eligible for a return. ALL TAGS MUST STILL BE ON ITEMS.  There must be no makeup, stains, smell of animals, cigarette smell, smell of food, animal hair, or any signs of damage on the merchandise for it to be accepted for a return.                 
                                       
Final Sale items or damaged items that are returned back to Kelin House Boutique will be returned to the sender and shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

When sending back a return please make sure merchandise is wrapped in some sort of protective layering to ensure the item gets back to Kelin House Boutique safely.

If you receive your order and any merchandise is damaged, please email kelli@kelinhouseboutique.com within 3 days after receiving your order.
